About the job Senior Business and Process AnalystKey purpose:The Senior Business and Process Analyst, Business Analysis, Proposal Management, Sales Process Planning and Design will work on the business process related to sales proposal generation.
Your role will involve developing strategies that streamline the way proposals are generated and managed.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of all relevant processes within our company so you can easily identify new opportunities to improve existing procedures or set up new ones.Duties and responsibilities:Develop and implement repositoryProvide methodology to keep business rules updated at all timesDefine and implement governance frameworkImplement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirementsProvide strategic and operational thinking that enables the group to focus on the big pictureDevelop management and control systems and frameworks to ensure alignment between business capabilities and strategic goalsAssess business holistically and development the business architectureDevelop and validate both current-state and future-state maps with cross(1)functional teams and/or customersDistill large amounts of complex requirements and data from disparate sources, condense, simplify and clearly articulate the information for the purpose of problem solvingDefine a set of KPIs that allow management to measure performance of the business as a wholeDocument business requirementsDocument business processesTranslating and simplifying requirementsPrioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-upsApply best practices for effective communication and problem-solvingResearching possible software solutions to increase work efficiencyContinuously refine data architectureQualifications and experience:BCom Degree or equivalent qualificationBusiness and process analysis certificationCustomer Experience knowledge and experienceMinimum of 5 years experience in Business and Process AnalysisExperience with working with African markets would be an advantageExcellent understanding of business and process design principles and methodologies and proven track record
