Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for migration projects within the banking domain. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with project goals. Provide subject matter expertise on banking regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Role Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a focus on migration projects. Must have FTI or IIB certification Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and systems, including core banking platforms, payment systems, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. Experience with data migration tools and techniques is desirable. Knowledge of industry-standard project management practices and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
