Qualifications: BCom Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related fieldMatric with exceptional resultsRequirements: 12+ years' experience as a Business Analyst3+ years' experience as a Senior Business AnalystA strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in FMCG, wine, spirits, or related industriesExperience in a B2B environment is advantageousExperience with Excel (advanced), Tableau, CRM and BI toolsKey Performance Areas (KPA's): Conduct thorough analyses of sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to create insightful reports on brand and customer performancePerform comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to produce detailed brand performance reportsWork closely with sales and trade marketing teams to optimize and assess campaign effectiveness, using data to inform brand strategy and enhance customer engagementCollaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns, measuring their impact on brand performance and market shareUtilize tools such as Excel and Tableau to design and implement insightful BI reports, dashboards, and data narrativesDevelop and present feedback decks for brand sales reviews, focusing on the effectiveness of Trade Marketing and Key Account activities, along with any brand metrics agreed upon in brand planning sessionsPartner with the sales team to provide data analysis that supports the refinement of customer engagement strategiesBuild strong, trust-based relationships with brand partners and customers through consistent sales reviews aligned with brand plansParticipate in quarterly travel for customer sales reviews and contribute to annual brand and customer planning as neededManage and master data efficientlyApply now!
