Senior Business Analyst

Job Type: 11 month Contract, expected to work full-time hoursJob Duties:Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirementsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gainsDevelop detailed business cases and project plansProvide recommendations for strategic business decisionsLead cross-functional teams in project implementationMonitor project progress and ensure timely deliveryConduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleDemonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience:7+ years' working experience as a Business or Systems AnalystProven experience in eliciting requirements and testingIntermediate knowledge in generating process documentationAbility to explain technical detailsExperience and exposure to project management or team lead rolesExperience in the health industry or HR environments will be an advantageKnowledge and Skills:Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniquesUnderstanding of IT systems and software development lifecycleKnowledge of project management methodologiesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration or related fieldProfessional certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
