Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant qualification in Business Analysis from one of the IIBA Endorsed Education Providers contributing towards future certification.
Essential skills 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.Experience with project management software and methodologies.Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired skills Certification in Business Analysis (., CBAP, CCBA).Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
