Introduction: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. This role is crucial for driving the successful delivery of projects by managing stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring comprehensive project analysis and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
Implement effective communication processes, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and transparent expectations.
Lead and collaborate with team members, peers, and senior management.
Effectively articulate ideas and viewpoints.
Drive the resolution of business and IT issues.
Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
Identify and facilitate the achievement of business requirements and objectives.
Provide comprehensive project-level analysis through the creation of required documentation.
Develop AS-IS vs. TO-BE analysis, system architectural designs, functional requirements, business process models, use cases, user interface mock-ups, user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, and test cases.
Leverage data analysis and management expertise.
Support the development of strategic business and system reports.
Maintain knowledge of relevant technology, tools, and middleware.
Enable business process enhancement and improve business user productivity.
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B-degree) in a relevant field.
FTI certification is advantageous.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in project management and business analysis.
Ability to analyze, document, and model business processes.
Proficient in data analysis and business/system reporting.
Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools to support business process enablement.
