Job DescriptionAs a Senior Business Analyst (IFS), you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within the Information Systems department. Leveraging expertise in both business processes and IT systems, this role is responsible for analyzing, defining, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze business requirementsCapture user stories and validate with customersProvide onboarding user trainingAttend daily stand-upsAttend UAT sessions if neededContinuous discovery (e.g., continuous improvement analysis)Develop training material (user guides, instructional videos)RequirementsSKILL SET (IFS):Experience in IFS FSM platformStrong business analysis skills for requirements gathering and process optimizationProblem-solving abilities for technical issuesProject management capabilities for implementation and support
