Document what the USER needs along with the relevant business rules and functionality and present request to developers.Desired Experience & QualificationDegree in Business or IT.Business Analyst course.8 years' experience analysing complex cloud-based solutions and documenting solutions.Proven experience working with Clients in SAAS products.Ability to identify multiple scenarios and potential outcomes.Document requirements clearly.Ability to develop understanding of Clients' requirements and Business rules, addressing any legislative requirements of countries where Clients are based.Excellent written and verbal skills.Ability to liaise with Developers.
