We are looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager Job Purpose: The senior brand manager for Hollard Group Marketing focuses on positioning the brand in line with the business strategy, marketing strategy and the brand strategy.
The role is instrumental in driving key brand metrics across the Group including Hollard International.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Management: Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans aligned with Hollards' objectives.
This includes defining brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
Monitor the brand health of the group and recommend strategic actions to improve the brand metrics.
Brand Identity Management : Manage the implementation and maintenance of brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, touchpoints and alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage brand identity elements such as logos, colors, and visual assets to ensure consistency and relevance across all brand touchpoints.
Monitor online and offline channels to assess brand sentiment and perception, and implement strategies to address any issues or challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that brand messaging and imagery are integrated into all marketing and communication efforts.
Brand Experiences & Touchpoints: Lead the development and execution of brand experiences across various touchpoints to create meaningful interactions with target audiences.
Brand Engagement: Manage the contractual aspect of brand engagement platforms like sponsorships and CSI projects.
Develop marketing leverage plans for these brand engagement properties, measure the return on investment and report cyclically.
Brand Campaign Management: Develop and Implement 360 integrated brand and marketing plans.
Brand Support: Support the Hollard International team with brand plans as required to create awareness in new markets and defend market share in existing markets.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, product development and the marketing portfolios to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
Leadership & Team Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all marketing activities.
Motivate, develop and inspire the team.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
