RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Strategy and Planning Develop and execute annual marketing plans and 3-5 year strategic plans. 4 P's - marketing and brand trade marketing for a brand or category in the market with responsibility for executing excellent Flash plans. Develop and execute the Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term. Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media. Evaluate, negotiate, select and manage outside resources to execute the marketing plan where necessary. Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities. Present strategies and results to the Directors and board members. Campaign Management Design, deliver & measure highly effective integrated campaigns both online and offline. Guide the creative process and evaluate creative work according to brand strategy and briefs, and provide constructive feedback. Maximize and enhance the digital presence - product websites, social media and e-marketing to drive customer engagement and product promotion. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (CPP, CPM), quality, and campaign performance. Accountable for budget management and the delivery of KPIs and agreed targets. Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding. Market Research and Analysis Actively monitor competition activity and provide relevant reports & analysis (competitor, insights, risks, opportunities, etc.) to inform brand direction. Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales. Participate & translate consumer's insights into brand management, innovation, product & activities that impact, and exploits the potential of each touch point/channel with relevant messages to the targeted consumers. Understand the data collection, data mining and translate that into usable consumer insights. Stakeholder Management Strong cross functional collaboration as a base for success. Collaborate with system partners (Channel, KAM, Finance, Legal, etc) to ensure ongoing brand engagement and identify opportunities to achieve business goals and/or close gaps. Work with the marketing Manager and 3rd party agencies (internal Creative, PR & Media) to create and implement all aspects of the annual marketing plans across the group. Educate the sales force and distributor, ensuring overall understanding of the categories, specific features of the brand and key differentiation qualities. Investigate the implementation of a CRM solution, or leverage another brand's, with the ultimate goal to build customers' loyalty. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor or Master's degree (preferably with focus on Marketing). Minimum of 7+ years Brand Management experience required. 3+ years of experience in a business-to-consumer ("B2C") marketing environment, preferably with experience in brand marketing, event marketing and experiential marketing. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Fintech familiarity a bonus. Must have experience in Content marketing, Search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing (SMM). Experience in using eMarketing software and Google Analytics. COMPETENCIES / ATTRIBUTES: High analytical thinking abilities and initiative. Flexibility and team orientation.
