Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of Matric
• CIMA qualification highly advantageous
• Strong on Excel
• Must have finance experience in either property sector or Accounting firm (worked on high volume entities essential)
• Sharp, accurate, logical, analytical, self-motivated and structured
• Able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Must be well-presented and spoken
• Accounting experience
• Meticulous (high volume) and attention to detail
• Experience with:
- Running commercial property portfolio
- Loading and capturing payments
- Invoicing
- Reconciling invoices
- Creditors and debtors
- Financial statements
- Dealing with SARS
