Senior Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR BOOKKEEPER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT for a well-established concern, position based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Relevant financial / accounting qualifications.
Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous working experience on QuickBooks and / or Pastel is essential.
Bookkeeping duties up to trial balance.
5yrs+ previous experience in a similar role.
Must have previous experience dealing with multiple companies.
Set up checks and balances for three entities.
Financial management duties.
Stock control.
Taking minutes of meetings.
Personal Assistant duties for two Directors.
