Monthly Capturing books up to Trial Balance.
VAT Calculations.
SARS efiling Submission of VAT201s.
Management Reports.
Management Accounts.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
Fixed Asset Register Maintenance.
Audit File Preparation.
Intercompany Loan Account Reconciliation.
Ad hoc administration and submissions.
Answering the phone on very few occasions.
Matric 10 Years minimum bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Excellent Computer skills/literate in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
Experience with accounting software Sage Evolution would be advantageous.
