Job Description:
As a Senior Bookkeeper at iLogic - Digital Agency, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring compliance. We are looking for an experienced professional who can take charge of our financial processes and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow and maintain precise records of financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and collaborate with external auditors as necessary.
Stay updated with accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or in a similar role for at least 3 years.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage Online.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
