Senior Bookkeeper

Duties:Execute month end reporting proceduresPrepare relevant journals preparationUndertake sub-ledger reconciliations to the general ledgerBalance sheet substantiation with reconciliationsPerform and assist in the billing process (purchase order, invoicing)Inter-company reconciliations and confirmationsSub-ledger analysisDebtors ageingCreditors ageingFixed asset register (maintenance and depreciation postings)Support the statutory audit processAnnual budgeting & forecastingRegular analysis comparing budget to actual results and forecastsMonthly reporting & preparation of actuals with commentaryPreparation of payments and cashbookInternal Controls - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including finance community guidelinesReconciliation to accounting records/ERPJob Experience & Skills Required:Completed qualification in Accounting.3-5 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting.Experience with Sage Evolution and Pastel Evolution would be beneficial.Experience from hospitality industry or gaming would be beneficial.
