We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to handle all financial transactions, manage debtors and creditors, and perform reconciliations and reporting. Your work will directly impact the financial health and operational efficiency of our business.
This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, process-driven, has good bookkeeping and accounting skills, and is interested in having a diverse role that incorporates all things finance and accounting across the business. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are a necessity.
Amongst other things, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping requirements, including necessary VAT and eFiling submissions, managing accounts receivable, processing monthly client debit orders, and onboarding new clients. Dineplan processes a large volume of daily deposits and pre-payments on behalf of our restaurant clients. You will oversee the daily reconciliation and settlement of these payments.
You will report directly to the founder and CEO and work closely with them, with frequent feedback sessions.
