BookkeeperJob PurposeThe purpose of the role is to provide account assistant services to the Financial Manager of the Organization.
This includes engaging in financial analysis in such areas as historical financial information, forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction and payroll, sales ledger and purchase ledger activities.Summary of main duties and responsibilities:· Bookkeeping to include- Rapid pay reconciliations allocation of client payments within Leap· Verify accuracy, approvals and coding to the correct accounts· Reconciliation of supplier statements· Deal with accounts queries· Process company credit cards and reconciliations· Review bank reconciliations· Assist with month end reporting· Maintaining Xerox· Maintaining Dex and Sage One· Produce financial analysis for CEO and Directors when required· Maintain client accounts including dormant matters· Assist with the year-end accounts· Any other ad hoc duties as requiredPersonal Attributes· Honesty and trustworthiness· Respect· Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity· Flexibility and adaptability· Demonstrate sound work ethics· Reliability and enthusiasmSkills Knowledge & Experience:3 years + bookkeeping experience3 years + Xero, Dex and Sage One· Accounts receivable and accounts payable· Use of Xero accounting package desirable· Microsoft Office, Excel essential· Outstanding interpersonal skills· Initiative· Time management and prioritization abilities· Analytical and problem solving knowledge· Decision-making abilities· Effective verbal and listening communications skills· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy· Effective written communications capabilities· Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information· Ensuring confidentiality concerning financial and client filesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:· Bachelors (Preferred) Application: If Interested, please apply now, or send your cv to ******
