Senior Boekhouer/Senior Bookkeeper

Our client, a leading company in the security solutions industry, offers an opportunity for a Senior Bookkeeper. This role offers a professional work environment where your financial expertise will be highly valued.Salary Expectation: R22,000.00 - R28,000.00Benefits: Medical Aid and PensionWorking Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:00 - 16:00 / 07:30 - 16:30Location:Key Responsibilities:Debtor and Creditor Management: Oversee and manage debtor and creditor accounts.Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of debtor and creditor accounts.Bookkeeping and Reporting: Handle bookkeeping up to trial balance, execute journal entries, and address SARS queries and reviews.Payroll Administration: Utilize experience with payroll systems to prepare journals between payroll and accounting systems.Financial Management: Manage cashbook and petty cash reconciliations, loan amortizations, and maintain the fixed asset register.Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:Diploma in Accounting.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a thorough understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.Proficiency in Pastel is essential.Proficiency in Evolution is advantageous.If you are seeking a challenging and dynamic role within a well-established company, we encourage you to apply for this position and contribute to our client's ongoing success.
