Senior Bi Analyst

As a Senior BI Analyst at our organization, you'll leverage your expertise to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design and implement scalable BI solutions, develop robust reporting dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions to support business objectivesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsDevelop and enhance data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworksCreate visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholdersStay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fieldProven experience as a BI Analyst, with expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Minimum of 8-10 years working experience in building ETL pipelines and experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSASAzure experience is a non-negotiableStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teamsExperience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
