Key Responsibilities: Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow. Deliver top-tier beauty and wellness treatments to our valued clients. Train, mentor, and lead a team of therapists to achieve excellence. Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting spa environment. Build and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty. Monitor inventory, staff schedules, and appointment bookings. Drive sales of products and services to meet revenue targets.
Requirements: Relevant beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or equivalent). Somatology experience  Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist. Previous management or leadership experience in a spa or salon environment. Expertise in a wide range of treatments (facials, massages, waxing, etc.). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. A passion for client satisfaction and high standards of service.
