Senior Backend Engineer

An innovative technology company that specializes in creating advanced solutions for customer engagement and feedback, is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team Skills Required · 5 years of experience in backend web development. · In-depth expertise of Postgres and RDBMS in general · Strong experience in building and scaling web applications. · Proven track record of architecting scalable systems. · Ability to architect, build, and maintain integrations. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. · A collaborative mindset with a strong alignment to company values and customer-centricity. · Utilising and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end tests. · Experience working with message brokers / queuing systems. Bonus: · Experience working in SaaS startups. · Experience integrating or working with CRM and telephony (dialer) systems. · Leadership experience, particularly in mentoring junior developers. · Working with Kafka and stream processing systems.
