We are looking to employ a Senior B-BBEE Advisor who will be responsible for the technical management and quality control of the B-BBEE Advisory department.
Responsibilities:

Help drive the strategy and quality management for our B-BBEE Advisory to all new and existing clients.
Gap analysis, strategy development and implementation on each element of the codes for maximum points.
Successfully manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Attend meetings with the Business Development team as a technical resource.
Network with clients to build relationships and sustain them.
Offer B-BBEE solutions ranging from Ownership Solutions, SETA registered learnerships to networking in order to improve procurement from B-BBEE compliant suppliers.
Assess data, verifying evidence and on-site reviews.
Monitor market trends to develop and improve existing products and services.
Identification of risks and opportunities.
Calculate preliminary scores.
Assist in recruiting and training Junior B-BBEE Consultants and Administrators in accordance with STS's advisory methodology.
Optimise B-BBEE reports clients where room for improvements exists.
Facilitate B-BBEE process by verifying the authenticity, validity and correctness of all documents submitted for verification.
Support the upfront screening process.
Take initiative in providing administrative solutions to challenges that arise.
Edit and proof-read reports.
Conduct satisfaction surveys.
Client age analysis management.
Perform cancellation audits.
Prepare scenarios & gap analysis for the improvement of the clients' B-BBEE Rating.
EE reports and plan compilation.
EE reports submission on the Department of Labour portal.
EE Committee training and co-chairing of EE Committee meetings.

Essential Requirements.

A Bachelor's Degree (Finance, HR, or Law).
A minimum of at least 3-5 years of experience as a B-BBEE Consultant or Analyst.
Proven track record of working with blue chip and Multinational organisations.
Expert knowledge of all B-BBEE Sector Codes.
Report Writing Skills at an advanced level are critical.
Valid RSA Driver's License and own reliable vehicle.
High quality work ethic.
Experience in EE compliance consulting (preferable).
Ability to manage a Team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R35000,00 - R45000,00 per month
Education:

Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

B-BBEE Consultant or Analyst: 5 years (Required)

knowledge of all B-BBEE sector codes: 5 years (Required)
EE compliance consulting: 5 years (Required)
