The opportunity
We are looking for a PM to join our team of Project management professionals, to help in driving strategic programs & outcomes working closely with project managers, service delivery manager/lead and leaders (sponsors) across different functions/geographies in designing, leading and implementing business imperatives of varying size and complexity; by collaborating with our teams across GDS locations in enabling business goals and playing the role of PMO.
The opportunity is for self-driven, organized and process-oriented individuals who can perform with minimal supervision and deliver exemplary services to our clients.
As part of EYTS and as a Senior PMO Analyst, you will provide consultancy and guidance on PMO disciplines to Programs and Projects and ensure a high quality of service to the customers. The Senior PMO Analyst will take ownership and drive the disciplines with minimal supervision. He or she needs to have deep knowledge of program and project lifecycles and is expected to contribute as a Subject Matter Expert in PMO disciplines. Working closely with Program Manager or Service Delivery Manager, Senior PMO Analyst will be associated with all the programs and its constituent projects. The PMO disciplines include:

Your key responsibilities
Provide direction, control, management, and oversight in following areas:
Demand Management, benefits definition, monitoring, and realisation
Resource management linked to schedule, cost, and availability
Financial definition, forecasting and management reporting
Communication control and oversight
Holistic and proper risk/issue/assumption/decision management
End to end, best in class processes and maturing thereof
Provide the SDM with accurate and timely data upon which to make decisions
Monitor program and project baselines to ensure activities are occurring as planned — scope, budget, and schedule
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
Proactively identify risks and issues on programs and projects — advising team on the development of risk management and issue management plans
Develop and manage Service Delivery plans to address program and project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
Analysis of program and project data to produce management information and identify and deliver continual improvement
Applies appropriate judgment to escalate to Service Delivery Manager
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor's Degree (in any discipline)
8 + years in a corporate environment, working in a Large MNC.
4 to 6 years' experience in a relevant PMO role
Must be good with MS Projects, MS Excel and Power Point.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Excellent communication skills.
Working with multi-cultural teams across geographies.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Ability to work independently and with others
