The firm works mostly with corporate and commercial businesses.
They do a lot of Liquidations and Repossessions, Corporate Contracts, Labour Law defending Companies, and Commercial Litigation.
They assist Pharmaceutical companies and handle Intellectual Property Law.
They are seeking a well-experienced Corporate, Commercial, and Litigation Attorney who can work well independently.
The firm generates a lot of work, so it is not necessary for this person to bring in their own clients, but any new business is welcomed.Desired Experience & QualificationQualificationsLaw Degree.
Admitted Attorney.SkillsCandidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
5-10+ Post-Admission experience as an Attorney.
Confident and capable of running and managing own files and matters from instruction to completion.
Corporate/Commercial and Litigation experience required.
Exceptional communication skills.
Reliable and competent.
