Experience: Several years of experience as an associate lawyer in a transactional team.Proven track record in handling complex financing matters (cross-border transactional experience would be helpful). Leadership and Supervision: Capability to lead and mentor junior associates and legal staff in a busy transactional practice.Experience in managing matters from inception to financial close, including coordinating work (especially with counsels in various jurisdictions or projects with various workstreams) and overseeing project timelines. Negotiation Skills:Proficiency in negotiating and finalising agreements effectively on behalf of clients.
