Dentsu Creative is integrated with dentsu's Media and CXM businesses in over 145 countries and regions, to offer Integrated Growth Solutions.We're searching for a Senior Art Director to join our Digital Performance Creative team.You'll join a team dedicated to our latest AOR win, a global tech and leading software company for creative professionals.Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create digital first data-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.You will create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client.You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems).You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.Qualifications:3 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative.Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.Experience working with the nuances and requirements of art directing creative for Digital Experiences, Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, and Paid Social including video.Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods.Brand development experience.Location: Cape TownBrand: DentsuTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
