Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in animation, gaming, film, or related industries. Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Adobe Animate, Blender). Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and character performance. Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation work and styles. Experience with character rigging and animation, including facial animation. Knowledge of real-time rendering techniques and interactive media constraints (for game-focused roles). Effective collaboration and communication within a multidisciplinary team.
