Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Client Onboarding Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and management of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients across our master system(s) and various sub-systems. Your expertise will ensure the seamless onboarding and ongoing management of client data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Job Description Key Responsibilities: Client Data Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updates of CIB client records in the master system(s) and related sub-systems. Ensure all client data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Perform regular audits and data quality checks to maintain data integrity. Client Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the Client Onboarding Team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients. Provide expert support in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to client static data. System and Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving data management processes and systems. Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements. CIB Product Knowledge and Payments: Utilize your understanding of CIB products, particularly in payments, to ensure client data aligns with the specific needs and requirements of the business. Act as a subject matter expert on CIB client static data and payments, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Compliance, Risk, and IT, to ensure client data requirements are met. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of client data and any related initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: NQF5 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of CIB products and experience with payments processing. Proven experience in client data management, onboarding, and system maintenance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant data management tools and systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
