Senior Agronomist

Develop and manage pruning methodologies as a central strategy for optimal production volumes, yields, export pack outs, and revenue. Implement the right pruning approach and practices at the right time to achieve desired fruit sizes, improved fruit color, quality, and better rind quality.
Minimum Requirements:BSc Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field with a focus on Pruning ManagementAt least 5 years of experience with a proven track recordStrong understanding of agronomic principles with a specialized focus on pruning methodologiesExperience in management and implementation of value-adding, effective pruning strategies and industry best practicesHigh level of understanding of the purpose and timing of pruning CitrusAbility to identify and follow the right pruning approach and practices at the right time
