We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
The successful candidate will be responsible for affiliate account management. They will play a vital role in growing the Hollywoodbets Affiliate Program, by overseeing active affiliates and retaining and reactivating the dormant affiliate base.

You Bring: 3-5 years' experience in the digital marketing industry (Affiliate experience preferred)2 - 3 years of negotiating skills within a Sales EnvironmentMinimum of 2 years sales / lead gen experienceMinimum 2 years of account/client management experienceMinimum 2 years of reporting/ must be able to report back sales/player and campaign dataA bonus to have: Diploma preferably in Marketing, Communication or a related fieldWhat You'll Do For The Brand: Manage a designated portfolio of affiliates, ensuring they have access to the latest marketing materials, promotional offers, and program updates.Proactively identify and reach out to dormant affiliates, implementing strategies to re-engage them and re-activate their participation in the program.Maintain a weekly call cycle for your allocated affiliate base and report weekly on the call cycle.Provide affiliates with insights from campaigns, creatives used and reports from the affiliate program.Present bi-weekly to the affiliate team updates, improvements and challenges faced within your portfolio.Conduct thorough site audits for all new affiliate applications, verifying traffic sources, target audience relevance, and adherence to Hollywoodbets' affiliate marketing guidelines.Research and identify new affiliate partnership opportunities that align with Hollywoodbets' target audience and marketing goals.Onboard new partners monthly to the affiliate program.Monitor affiliate performance metrics (registrations, FTDs, clicks, conversions) and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, recommending new strategies and tactics to enhance program performance.Provide excellent customer service and support to our affiliate partners, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.Assist with the creation of marketing materials (banners, landing pages) specifically tailored for affiliate partners.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all affiliate activity and performance data.Other: Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.Strong Project Management and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-starter and work well within a team environment.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to effectively manage and build client and team relationships.Able to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment.Knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.Knowledge of Affiliate marketing.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.What You'll Bring To The Team: High attention to detail.Good communication skills.Ability to report effectively the affiliate program performance data, trends and insights.Consistently delivers required business results and meet deadlines.Ability to think strategically and analyze reporting statistics.Ability to achieve measurable results and drive revenue growth through efforts.Attuned to the needs of the market and developments.High sense of accountability towards work.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
