A prominent consulting firm specializing in the engineering and construction sector is on the lookout for a SENIOR ADVISOR – PLANNING & SCHEDULER to execute the advisory project planning and reporting services for the Western Portfolio, with the position based in Sunninghill, GAUTENG. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide an effective Planning and Scheduling Advisory and support service to the projects under Western Portfolio to ensure that the projects are well planned and scheduled for timely completion.Provides a planning and scheduling function during Pre-procurement and procurement stage of the works to be contracted.Provides advisory planning and scheduling function on PRIMAVERA to support construction managers, project managers, and contracts managers.Provide a planning and scheduling function to the project throughout all the stages of the package finishing works.Perform project execution and progress planning and scheduling.Manage the integrated master schedule and database.Coordinate the updating of plans and reporting on progress. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: B-Degree / B-Tech / Adv Dip + 5 (NQF 7 + 360 credits) with Primavera 6 - 5 yrs Proven PM or SP.Seven (7) - Ten (10) yrs Planning & Scheduling experience within the Power & Renewal Energy Industry.
