This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our team at our new Vereeniging branch! Duties & Responsibilities: Basic InvoicingAssist walk-in clients & dealersMaintain office systemsAssist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentationAssist Vehicle Buying Personnel with admin documentationServe as a liaison between the branch and Head officeManage the maintenance and organization of office equipment and suppliesMonthly reportingKnowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)Skills: Fully bilingualStrong organizational skills with fine attention to detailExcellent Customer Service skillsBe organized and able to take direction under authorityExcellent Listening skillsExcellent telephone etiquetteStrong personality that can manage heavy workloadsPositive attitudeMust be able to delegate and manage people successfullyFurther Requirements: Must preferably reside in Vereeniging or surrounding areaMust have at least 3 years' experience in a similar roleMust have previous team leader experienceMust have own transport and valid driver's licenseMust be willing to work every second weekend and some public holidaysMinimum education: Diploma/DegreeNo criminal recordContactable references and accurate historyAvailable in February/March 2025Package and Benefits: Market Related - Negotiable depending on experienceMomentum Provident FundDiscovery Life Insurance15 Days Annual Leave
