Planning Planning meetings, taking minutes, and making travel arrangements for senior management Communicating Acting as a liaison between departments, communicating with stakeholders, and building relationships with clients Managing projects Monitoring projects, developing performance indicators, and researching financial requirements Creating systems Developing and maintaining a filing system and a database of client information and stock reports Requirements: 3 Years administer experience Matric Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Strong Computer Literacy (Excel) Strong Accounting and mathematical abilities
