The primary purpose of the DDT (Death, Divorce & Transfers) Senior Administrator is to process Claims on the LISP Platform, including Death Claims, Section 14s, Section 50 and Divorce.
Key Outcomes The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Senior Administrator DDT:
All tasks allocated are processed within standard SLA as per the relevant procedures.Closing of tasks within TAT, with all relevant documents attached, attaching all documents to the relevant folders.Maintain control of work on hand daily to ensure all transactions are actioned within turnaround time.Loading and Authoring Claims (incl switches, annexures, Forms etc) per the relevant procedures.Accurate use of CRM, status & notesLiaise with beneficiaries on death claim documentation and related matters.Preparing recommendation resolutions on allocations and distributions.Preparing death claim reports for trustee meetings.Adherence to all internal protocols on administration.Recording Errors to identify training Needs and to prevent future errorsUpdating section 14, section 50 controls and death claim subcommittee report.Trace deceased members' beneficiaries on project death claims.Ensure that all emails coming to the mailboxes are attended to.Responsible for preparing trustee reports and for stakeholdersAct to ensure that both proactive & reactive communication is accurate, comprehensible, recipient friendly, on time, thorough and adheres to client service standardsQueries and Complaints Ensure that queries are acknowledged and responded to accurately and within agreed timeUpskill the team to be able to handle queriesManage complex queries, and resolve escalated queriesResponsible for team related Audit queriesQualifications and Experience Grade 12Having achieved or studying towards a relevant Degree/ Tertiary Qualification and/or Post Graduate qualification advantageous5 years administration experienceKnowledge of Section 37C of the Pension Fund Act investigationCompass/CRM an advantageClient focusCultivates innovationDrive resultsRule orientationAbility to delegateAbility to manage expectationsResponsible & accountableAttributes Positive, enthusiastic attitudeTeamworkAbility to thrive under pressureHonesty, integrity and respectAbility to adapt to changeWhat will make you successful in this role?
