We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Active Directory (AD) Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification, including MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). You will be responsible for managing and supporting an enterprise-level Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of Domain Services, DNS, GPO, and DHCP configurations. With at least 7 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise environment, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and secure directory services.
Duties and responsibilities:
Active Directory Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of AD infrastructure, including the design, implementation, and support of AD back-end systems.
DNS Configuration & Administration: Manage and maintain DNS in an enterprise environment, ensuring proper name resolution and system stability.
Group Policy (GPO) Management: Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policies, ensuring proper configuration for security and operational standards.
DHCP Configuration & Administration: Manage and administer DHCP services, ensuring efficient IP address management and network connectivity.
Enterprise-Level Support: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for Active Directory and related services in a large-scale, enterprise environment.
Security and Compliance: Ensure AD infrastructure adheres to industry best practices, compliance requirements, and security standards.
Incident Management: Resolve technical issues related to AD, DNS, GPO, and DHCP, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures related to AD services.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of AD services across the organization.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (MCSE).
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in Domain Services is essential.
A minimum of 7 years of experience managing Active Directory services in an enterprise environment.
Strong expertise in AD back-end services, including DNS, GPO, and DHCP configuration and administration.
Proven track record in maintaining Enterprise Directory Services and managing large-scale AD implementations.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in AD and related services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
