Senior Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Description:Make sure global payments procedures and payments processes are adhered to in line with the SLA's.Assist the supervisor to ensure all activities pertaining to the AP function are completed.Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and other relevant guidelines.Ensure suppliers' invoices are processed accurately and on time and done in adherence to the payment terms.Contribute efforts towards various projects such as system enhancements.Responsible for the reconciliations of suppliers' statements and creditors.Drive a culture of improvement and compliance within the organization.Skills & Experience:5 years of experience working in the accounts payable department.Experience operating with high volumes.Strategic mindset in solving problems.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Qualifications:Matric.Relevant Diploma.Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF019690.
