Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager - Datacentre infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in various industries including hosting & collocation, education, airports, healthcare, resources, and finance.
Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data centre and IT infrastructure sectors.
Client Consultation: Provide expert consultation on the client's data centre needs, including design, planning, and project management. Offer solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the client's market position and product offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, planning, and service departments, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the data centre or IT infrastructure sector. Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering complex projects.
Skills: Strong negotiation and sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of data centre technologies and market dynamics.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, including racks, power systems, cooling solutions, and security technologies.
Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as required.
