Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) and payroll systems, with advanced MS Excel skills. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Other Skills: In-depth knowledge of South African payroll regulations, including tax and UIF requirements. This role requires a reliable individual who can handle dual responsibilities effectively and contribute to the financial accuracy and integrity of the group.
