Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant degree8+ years in a senior management role in an accounting practice or relevant exposureStrong communication skillsSolid exposure to team leadership/mentorshipResults-drivenAttention to detailExtensive knowledge of TAX/VAT proceduresThe successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to: Drafting financial statementsPreparation of TAX/VAT calculationsReviewing team files and ensuring 100% complianceTraining junior bookkeepersCompliance reports and checking thereofSenior level engagement with various stakeholdersManaging junior personnel and performance managementSalary: Negotiable based on experience
