Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant degree8 + years in a senior management role in an accounting practice or relevant exposureCommunication SkillsSolid exposure to team leadership / mentorshipResults drivenAttention to detailExtensive knowledge of TAX / VAT proceduresThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Drafting Financial StatementsPreparation of TAX / VAT calculationsReviewing of team files and ensuring 100% complianceTraining of junior bookkeepersCompliance reports and checking thereofSenior Level engagement with various stakeholdersManage junior personnel and performance manage accordinglySalary: Negotiable based on experienceThis role will not be suited to a recently graduated article clerk or audit senior this role is specifically for an accounting professional with a solid background either in same / similar firm or in private company.
