They are seeking a skilled Senior Accounting Assistant to support their project accounting team, focusing on accounts payable and project cost control.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of suppliers.Perform project cost control tasks, with a focus on tracking and managing project expenses.Reconcile creditor accounts, ensuring accuracy in processing supplier invoices.Maintain and update SAP financial systems, including all aspects of supplier management.Assist with month-end reporting, ensuring costs are captured accurately within deadlines.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Collaborate with the project and finance teams to monitor financial performance against budgets.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 / Standard 10 with Mathematics and Accounting.Diploma in Financial Management or equivalent qualification.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project cost control and supplier processes.Proficiency in SAP systems is essential.Strong knowledge of accounts payable and creditor functions, preferably in a project-based environment.If interested, please send your cv to ****** Feel free to peruse all of our available positions here: https://www.pro-match.co.za/
