Senior Accountant (Syspro/Stock)

We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Accountant to join our Technical client's accounting department in Boksburg.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong understanding of Syspro and has experience in the OEM/Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:Prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Oversee general ledger functions and manage accounts payable/receivable.Conduct regular ledger reconciliation and assist in budget preparation.Analyze and report on financial status and risks.Optimize financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.Ensure compliance with accounting and fiscal regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the OEM/Manufacturing industry.Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, including Syspro ERP system.Experience managing multi-departments/complex business structure.Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.Excellent knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel.We provide a competitive salary and benefits package, and a collegial work environment.
