Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our reputable client within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full accounting function, possess excellent financial management skills, and demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are up for the challenge, apply now Duties: Oversee and manage the full accounting function for the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Perform monthly reconciliations of all accounts, ensuring that discrepancies are identified and rectified promptly. Handle VAT and tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Accounting Degree. SAICA/SAIPA articles is beneficial. Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
