Senior Accountant position available in Stellenbosch.
Looking to appoint an experienced accountant with extensive tax experience who can work accurately under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements which include complex tax calculations.
Process transactions in Xero, Pastel Partner and Pastel Online to trial balance.
Reconcile bank accounts and investment statements.
Prepare management statements and budgets.
Prepare audit files for auditors.
Reconcile VAT and complete and submit VAT201 via e-filing.
Register entities for Income Tax and VAT.
Prepare monthly invoices and levies.
Prepare financial statements in Draftworx.

Requirements:

CA(SA) or SAICA registered.
4+ years experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Afrikaans).
Proactive and deadline-oriented.
Responsible and accountable.
Attention to detail.
Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
Up to date with corporate tax regulations.
