information of leading organizations across the continent. Operating from offices in the UK,
Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, and Sweden, they offer a full range of managed cyber security
services, including protection, detection, and response to cyber threats.

With five Security Operation Centres, they serve mid-market and enterprise clients across
various sectors like financial services, government, and healthcare.

Following a strategic investment from August Equity in 2021, the company is expanding
rapidly and building its international presence. Serving around 2,500 clients, they are
recognized for their technical expertise and commitment to client needs, with multiple
listings in Gartner Market Guides for Managed Security Services.

Roles & Responsibilities
? Assist in preparing monthly board packs, including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet,
Cashflow, Ratio Analysis, and detailed notes.
? Support the preparation of detailed IFRS financial statements with supporting
schedules.
? Help manage the Group's foreign exchange risk exposure.
? Maintain strong financial reporting and control standards across the Group.
? Respond to ad hoc information requests as needed.
? Assist in managing and reporting on working capital and related metrics.
? Contribute to the production of the annual budget and forecasts.
? Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics.
? Report variances from budget/forecast to management.
? Help maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
? Collaborate with auditors on a regular basis.
? Prepare statutory returns, including tax and employment returns.
? Manage ongoing internal audit review processes.
? Monitor key financial controls within the control environment.
? Assist in integrating acquired companies into the Group and accounting for
technical aspects of purchase agreements.
? Assist in the implementation of IFRS reporting across the Group.

Desired Qualifications & Experience
? A degree in accounting or a related field is required.
? Professional accreditation such as SAIPA / AGA (SA), CIMA is essential.
? At least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant role.
? Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines.
? Experience collaborating with commercial, product, and operations leaders to
support day-to-day business decisions.
? Strong knowledge of best practices for managing multi-national business
operations.
? Familiarity with Salesforce or Financial Force is a plus.

Salary
? R450k - R600k per year
