Senior Accountant

Looking to appoint an experienced accountant with extensive tax experience who can work accurately under pressure.

Prepare financial statements which include complex tax calculations.
Process transactions in Xero, Pastel Partner and Pastel Online to trail balance
Reconcile bank accounts and investment statements
Prepare management statements and budgets
Prepare audit files for auditors
Reconcile VAT and complete and submit VAT201 via e-filing
Register entities for Income Tax, VAT
Prepare monthly invoices and levies
Prepare financial statements in Draftworx

Requirements:

CA(SA) or SAICA registered
4+ years experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Afrikaans)
Proactive and deadline-oriented
Responsible and accountable
Attention to detail
Excellent analytical/ problem-solving skills
Up to date with corporate tax regulations
