Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management and Reporting Reconciliations and Analysis Leverage expertise in Pastel and Evolution to manage and process financial data efficiently.
Compliance and Taxation Process Improvement Team Leadership and Collaboration Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional qualifications like CA(SA), ACCA, or CIMA are an advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Proven expertise in using Pastel and Evolution accounting systems.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Familiarity with payroll and tax management processes.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
