The Senior Accountant will oversee all financial, legal, and administrative tasks, including monthly group reporting, statutory compliance, treasury management, and economic analysis.RequirementsJob Requirements:Statutory AccountingMonitor financial data and produce statutory financial reports.Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.Coordinate and complete annual statutory audits.Provide financial and tax recommendations.Maintain fiscal records and document all transactions.Manage and document the monthly reconciliation process to ensure statutory accuracy.ReportingPrepare statutory reports and financial analyses, including Transfer Pricing and Annual Reports.Lead and own the monthly closing process.TaxPrepare tax returns with external support, if needed.Collaboration with Shared ServicesLiaise with the Shared Service Finance (SSF) team daily.Review SSF transactions and ensure timely corrections.Prepare and verify financial data for reporting.Cross-Department CollaborationCollect and verify data for budgeting purposes.Candidate Requirements:At least five years of experience in accounting, controlling, auditing, or tax advisory.University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (master's preferred).Strong knowledge of tax law and accounting principles.Experience with IFRS is a plus.Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.Fluent in English to liaise effectively with the Shared Service Center.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and present financial information.BenefitsUplift's Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAt Uplift, we are committed to fair and equal experience for all employees and applicants, supporting the principles of Equal Opportunity Employment.
