Senior Accountant

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, preparing month-end and management reports, and supporting business functions through general administration and office management tasks. Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualification in Financial Accounting Accounting experience (3+ years)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience and proficiency in accounting software packages such as Xero and ZOHO preferred Certifications in Project Management, Marketing, Design, Tax, or other relevant fields advantageous Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse management accounts Develop and present financial reports for management and stakeholders Monitor debtor and creditor accounts Ensure timely and accurate invoicing Monitor cash flow in both business and client accounts Ensure efficient cash flow management to meet business needs Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner Assist management with various administrative tasks Support office management to ensure smooth business operations Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
