Senior Accountant Position:A well-established organization is seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring compliance, and assisting with audit planning. This role requires a proactive individual with strong financial skills and the ability to contribute to the company's growth.Key Responsibilities:Collating, processing, and reconciling finance accounts.Preparing and submitting monthly VAT reconciliation.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and overseeing month-end closure.Reviewing and reconciling financial general ledgers.Providing detailed variance analysis for financial reports.Supporting the Finance Manager in audit activities.Educational Requirement:Completed BCom degreeExperience and Skills Needed:4 to 5 years of Accounting experience up to Trial Balance.Proficient in financial consolidation and Excel.Knowledge of RSA Financial Statutory and Tax requirements.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
